Coming to the Maryland State Fairgrounds November 25th - 27th

November 18, 2016
Macaroni Kid is proud to once again be a media sponsor for the Kennedy Krieger Institute's 27th Annual Festival of Trees! The East Coast’s largest holiday-themed festival returns to the Maryland State Fairgrounds Friday, November 25 to Sunday, November 27, with decorated trees, a gingerbread town, shopping, endless holiday activities and non-stop entertainment for children of all ages!

New this year, Festival of Trees introduces a ticketed Breakfast with Santa event – an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a hot buffet breakfast, all-day admission to Festival of Trees, unlimited train and carousel rides, access to the fun house, and for children 12 and under – a special gift from Santa. Parents can enjoy fewer crowds since a limited number of tickets are for sale and access to the morning event features time to explore Festival before it opens to the general public.

The Festival of Trees’ winter wonderland will feature more than 700 trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses designed by local artists, corporations and schools. While wandering through the holiday spectacular, festival goers will enjoy live hourly entertainment and a visit to SantaLand – Santa’s ultimate theme park – complete with “reindeer” pony rides, carousel rides, carnival games, train rides, a remote control car racetrack and more.

And, with more than 100 gift boutiques, a raffle featuring $2,500 in VISA gift cards, and a silent auction, Festival of Trees is a one-stop-shop to mark off everything on your holiday gift list.
