Havre de Grace kicks off the holiday season with our 2023 Holly Jolly Parade and Tree Lighting! After the parade, Santa Claus will help Mayor Martin light the tree live on stage at Rochambeau Plaza, and Santa Land opens for visits with the Big Guy. There’s room for everyone on the nice list!
